If items are not available you will be notified. Our standard shipping is via FedEx ground.
Return Policy
All products are guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, contact us IMMEDIATELY for prompt action. No action can be taken after 30 days.
If, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with the product you may return the product within 30 days of the receipt for purchase price credit. You may return a book within 14 days of the receipt. Most videos are non-returnable.
The product must be returned in excellent or unused condition.
A refund/credit for handling and shipping fees are not issued
